In New Zealand, land is rich with nature, the sky is clear, the air is clean, and there are hardly any city light to dilute the starlit sky. As I gazed into the inky black sky with millions of shining stars, I can't imagine anywhere in other countries better, at least not in my country. No matter where you are in New Zealand, you can always see starry night unless there is full moon. The sky gets darker at midnight and that would be the best time.
I remember I was working night shift in a packhouse during the first month in New Zealand. I finished work at 5a.m and drove home in darkness. But I was amazed to see the shining stars when I got down from the car. I couldn't take off my eyes from them despite that it was cold to stand long at the courtyard. The bright shining stars at the quite night made me feel relaxed after the 10-hour terrible work. Sometimes, milky way and meteor can be seen.
